FESTIVAL OF THE HORSE CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Festival of The Horse took place at Aston Le Walls over the week end of 5th and 6th June.

The club had three Junior members riding at the Festival. Georgina Kidner and ‘Parkhall Paintpot’
were part of an Area 14 team with three other riders from Halesworth and District Riding Club.

Georgina went clear over the demanding cross country course but picked up some faults show jumping. The Area Team came sixth overall.

The other two club members were Megan Hutchings riding ‘Oliver Loughrea’ (aka Ollie) and Charlotte Cattermole riding Tyrons Pride.

Both girls rode clear rounds over the cross country course but picked up four faults in the show jumping phase.

Well done to all the young riders.
