Subscription renewals are due 1st January, and membership runs 1st January to 31st December. If you have any questions please contact our new Membership Secretary Sue Harris on sueajharris@hotmail.com

Once you have submitted your membership form and payment to the Membership Secretary, it should be processed within a couple of weeks, and you will receive a welcome email and list of event dates from the secretary. If you do not receive a welcome email, there has perhaps been an error, so please contact the Club Secretary (Marie Owen) on 07866 613180 and make us aware of the situation. Thank you.

Membership Information

Membership of the club entitles you to enter all activities organised by the club, and typically at a discounted entry fee in comparison to non members. You also have access to Training sessions. There are a number of challenge trophies competed for each year by members. Points are awarded to members according to their placings at the various events. The member accumulating the most points at the end of the season wins. The prizes are presented at the AGM and Prize Giving which takes place late November / early December.

The Challenge Trophies are:-

• Pickles Trophy – for members 10 years and under
• Norwich Trophy – for members 11- 12 years
• Blue Atom Trophy – for members 13-15 years
• Dilly Cup – for members 16-20 years
• Freddie Star Trophy (formerly the Westwood Trophy) – for members 21 – 39 years
• Tommy Tucker Trophy – for male rider accumulating most points
• Chaffinch Cup – Dressage members 10 years and under
• The Tolly Trophy – Dressage members 11 – 18 years
• Senior Dressage Cup – for members 21 years and above
• Evergreen Trophy – for member 40 years to 54 years
• Silver Seniors Cup – for members 55 years and over
• Just Ryan Trophy – for member with most points overall (excluding gymkhana points)
• Gay Lancer Trophy – for member with most points overall
• Neddie Shield – for member show jumping 10 years and under
• Lady Emma Trophy – for member show jumping 11 years – 18 years
• Kennacott Lad Trophy – for member show jumping 19 years and over
• Gymkhana Cups (Seniors & Juniors) – for member with most gymkhana points
• Charlie Cross Country Challenge Cup – for member accumulating most points over 80cm and above cross country courses
• Greenlinks Portia Memorial Challenge Cup – awarded to the junior member winning the most points at the Clubs Open Show

Membership also entitles you to participate in the varied training sessions organised by the club.

As the club is affiliated to the British Riding Club organisation there is the opportunity to compete at the Area competitions. For more information on teams go to the Training tab and click on the drop down Team Info tab.

MEMBERS DISCOUNTS
British Eventing & British Dressage offer discounted membership to any rider that is a member of an affiliated BRC club.
